Our machines are sold with a full 1 year Australian warranty, for both domestic and commercial users, whereby any confirmed warranty claims will be dealt with by a local, authorised Redsail Repairs Agent within Australia.

If a breakage or fault arises with your machine, the neccessary parts may be sent to you, upon your request. We understand that down time is money lost, therefore all parts are available for immediate dispatch from within Australia.

Our inniative is to have an authorised Redsail Repairs Agent in each capital city within Australia. We're presently working towards this as part of our commitment to our customers!

If it's found that the equipment cannot be repaired within reasonable time, we will replace your machine with the same or equivalent model where possible.
